100 Workouts Before Baby

Prior to pregnancy, I was pretty active as it relates to fitness.   I’m part of a great and supportive running group (District Running Collective), a swim group (Free Style Swim DC), and a lover of strength training.  It’s no surprise to my wonderful support system of friends and family that I plan to stay active throughout my growing of Bean.
