Hey everyone… Happy New Year…that probably sounds weird to say in March.  My birthday was last week and so, technically, it is a New Year for me!

As I started revisiting goals from January, I decided to start back with my online journal, this blog.  So much has happened in the past few months…life, accidents, hospitals, tears, stress. I debated whether to continue posting here because life seemed to have very little had to do with “motherhood”.  So I felt limited, hesitant to share, and you know the rest…hiatus.

A few realizations…my life is more than being a Mom.  While that isn’t groundbreaking to most of you, it was a bit of a shocker to me.  Both my pregnancy and the first year being a Mom, it really felt all consuming.  And don’t get me wrong, my days are still very filled with being Mommy to the greatest Bean on earth…it’s just also filled with juggling a lot of other roles that also need my attention and love.

Life is ever changing and to staying true to that ever-shifting balancing act, this space will be more of a reflection of our full and evolving lives.  New content will be a reflection of our lifestyle…I hope you make this journey with us!
